About Angry Happy Chihuahua
The Angry Happy Chihuahua meme, also known as Lily Lu or Angry vs. Happy Dog, is a two-panel image macro featuring the same Chihuahua looking angry and then calm. It is commonly used as a before-and-after format to compare two contrasting reactions or situations.
The images feature a Chihuahua named Lily Lu and first appeared together online in November 2015. One of the earliest known posts was shared on Twitter by @AnimalBabyPix with a caption about being defended by a grandmother during a family argument.
