About Joker Gets Hit By a Car
The Joker Gets Hit By a Car meme is a two-panel object-labeling template from the 2019 film Joker. It shows Joker walking into the frame before being hit by a yellow taxi, and is commonly used to show a positive situation suddenly taking a turn for the worse.
The image comes from the film’s April 2019 trailer. The earliest known meme using the two-panel format was posted to Reddit’s r/Animemes by MarcusMolestus on April 8, 2019.
