About New Leo Meme
The New Leo Meme, also known as TFW You Didn’t Agree To This or Leonardo DiCaprio Smirking and Shrugging, features Leonardo DiCaprio in a tuxedo and mustache, shrugging with a smirk beneath the caption “TFW you didn’t agree to this.” It is commonly used to joke about being unwillingly dragged into a situation or made to participate in something without agreeing to it.
The meme was created by Conan O’Brien during the 98th Academy Awards on March 15, 2026. While joking about DiCaprio’s reputation as a meme icon, O’Brien had the camera focus on him with the caption displayed on screen, turning the moment into a new reaction meme.
