About Surprised Patrick
The Surprised Patrick meme features Patrick Star with his mouth open in shock. It is commonly used as a reaction image or edited into other pictures to express surprise, confusion, or bewilderment.
The image comes from the 2004 film The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, in which Patrick and SpongeBob sit beside an abyss after losing their Patty Mobile. An animated GIF of the scene was uploaded to Glitter-Graphics on January 29, 2008.
